Kill GAA Club (Portlairge) is a GAA club governed by the Constitution of the Gaelic Athletic Association of Ireland. We are an amateur athletic association that is run by volunteers to ensure the existence of GAA games in the village and surrounds of Kill Co, Waterford.

It is imperative that the contribution made by these volunteers is respected at all times when requesting information or embarking in a correspondence of any form.
Responses are not automated, and immediate correspondences cannot be expected. The volunteers are not paid and have families & lifestyles outside the contribution that they give to the Club.

Respect for Members, other users, and Club Property is expected at all times from everyone that enters/uses the facility.

• I subscribe to and undertake to further the aims and objectives of Kill GAA Club (Portlairge) and of Cumann Luthchleas Gael (The Gaelic Athletic Association) and to abide by its Rules, and I attach herewith the appropriate membership fee as determined by Kill GAA Club (Portlairge).


• I understand that once granted, Full Membership of the Association shall continue for life, unless the Member resigns in writing or is expelled in line with the Official Guide.

• I understand the personal data on the Membership Form will be used by the Club and the GAA for the contractual purpose of registering (or re-registering) and maintaining my Membership, and notifying me of Club activities such as matches, meetings and Club events.


• I understand that the Personal Data will be retained by the Club and the GAA for such period as my Membership remains valid.


• I understand that I can resign my Membership by writing to the Club or the GAA and my Personal Data will then be erased.


• I understand that my Personal Data will also be used for administrative purposes to maintain my Membership including club and team administration, registrations, teamsheets, referee reports, disciplinary matters, Injury Reports, transfers, sanctions, permits and for statistical purposes.


• I understand that if I do not provide my Personal Data my Membership cannot be registered with Kill Club (Portlairge) and the GAA.

• I understand that my Personal Data may be used for the purpose of contacting me to remind of an approaching purchase expiry date.


• I understand that my Personal Data may be used for the purpose of contacting me to remind of field events that may impact field availability.


• I understand that my Personal Data will not be used or distributed to any other party. The exception being law enforcement on demmand.


• I understand that my Personal Data will be deleted on expiry and non-renewal of chosen facility or purchase.

• Kill GAA Forms only use Session Cookies so that you, the site visitor, don't have to enter your details multiple times for a single visit.
• We do not use Persistant or Tracking Cookies.

• I understand that a Membership purchase is non-refundable and non-transferable.


• I understand that a ticket/event with an expiry of less than seven days is non-refundable.


• I understand that weekly/monthly subscriptions can be terminated in writing to the Club Treasurer.


• I understand that multi-week payments for facilities can be terminated in writing, whereby remaining unused weeks will be refunded by the Club Treasurer.
